You may think I travel a lot, but compared to my friend Pat, I live in a bubble! She recently visited South Korea and stayed at the Conrad Hotel in Seoul. She sent me this Jogging Map.
This map is a bit different from most others because it has a string around it so it can be worn around one’s neck when out running (You’ve heard of soap-on-a-rope? Well, this is a map-on-a-rope!). The map and directions are very simple and clear. I like that it names nearby landmarks, such as the National Assembly and Korean Broadcasting system. The suggested course, a loop around Yeouido Park, is 3.5 kms.
Someone should make a t-shirt for me that says “My friend Pat went to ____ and all I got was this lousy Jogging Map!” (Just kidding, Pat!). Thanks as always, Pat! Keep traveling, and keep sending the jogging maps to Will Run For Miles!
