Scenes From My Run Along Hong Kong’s Victoria Harbor
I recently spent two nights at the Hyatt Regency Tsim Sha Tsui in Hong Kong. The hotel was well-priced, well-staffed and lovely. It was conveniently located and I found it easy to get there and to get around from there.
The staff was genuinely friendly, as were all of the guests that I met during my stay. I felt comfortable and safe there, something that is very important to me, especially when I am traveling solo.
My room was on a high floor with windows facing Victoria Harbor. Here are some photos:
The welcome note was amazing – The hotel obviously researched my personal running history:
The bathroom had Portico toiletries (Verbena, not White Ginger!):
Nice view from my room:
The hotel had a wonderful Regency Club, where I had breakfast in the morning and appetizers and drinks in the evening.
Breakfast at the Regency Club featured a vast selection of both Western and Asian hot and cold delicacies! In addition to the buffet, you could also order eggs and bacon or ham.
Nice view too:
The evening selection of appetizers and beverages at the Regency Club was equally impressive and delicious.
I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and wholeheartedly recommend it.

I stayed at this property on my first trip to Hong Kong. They have an excellent lounge and the staff there were so friendly and welcoming. It looks like your experience turned out great. What wine did you like best? I remember doing a tasting and they had one or two good ones featured during my visit.

Which wine did I like best? I don’t remember, but I know I liked at least one since I don’t remember.
