When I am traveling, I always try to go out for a run. Neither the pace nor the distance matter. I just want to go! When I travel and run, I always see sights that I might not have otherwise found. My run in Hong Kong confirmed this theory once again!
I woke up fairly early, as this was to be my only real day in Hong Kong. I grabbed a double espresso at the Hyatt lounge and set out for a jog along Victoria Harbor. It was a warm, hazy day, but it wasn’ t really hot yet. I ran along the boardwalk and gazed out at the water and Hong Kong Island.
The decor changed with each neighborhood but it was all spectacular! I was having a pinch me kind of day – I couldn’t believe I was here. Here are some photos from my morning run!
Do you have a tradition when you travel – such as going for pizza, watching a ball game, visiting a local Starbucks or (like Won’t Run) checking out the local Apple Store?
