“Australia: Where to Go” App for iPhone & iPad – Free Today and Tomorrow Only

I have not yet been to Australia, but it is most definitely on the list of places I’d like to visit. (Of course, I intend to run a marathon there someday – perhaps the Gold Coast Airport Marathon or the Canberra Marathon).   Today, I was looking at some travel blog updates on LinkedIn, and I came across this by photojournalist Susan Gough Henley, announcing:

The Australia: Where to Go app is developed by Sutro Media, which has a number of other travel related apps and is usually $3.99.  It has very high ratings, and is available for both iPhone and iPad.

* It actually contains MINI APPS WITHIN THE APP. Many entries cover entire regions with bullet points on what to do, where to stay, eat & drink.

 Well, given the price, my love of all things travel-related, and my ownership of both an iPhone and an iPad, I’m going to get this app.
