JetBlue has announced some changes for 2025 and it’s a mixed bag.
First, the good news:
New Lounges. JetBlue has announced that it will open two airport lounges next year – one at JFK and another at BOS. According to JetBlue:
Our first-ever dedicated space to play, work and lounge will land at JFK’s T5 in late 2025 and Boston Logan’s Terminal C soon after, with complimentary access for Mosaic 4 members and a guest, Mint customers on transatlantic flights, plus those with the soon to be launched premium JetBlue credit card. An annual pass will be available for purchase. More details to come.
Move to Mint program. JetBlue is expanding the Move to Mint program.
Now the bad news:
Blue Basic Fares. Presently, certain Mosaic members have perks when booking Blue Basic fares. However, beginning March 1, 2025, Blue Basic fares will no longer be eligible for free Even More® Space seats, free preferred seats or free same-day switches.
BLADE Airport transfer perk going away. This perk is flying away (pun intended) after this year. However, members who already earned or already have BLADE credits that expire in 2025 can use this perk through the expiration date provided they transfer the credits to their BLADE account by 12/31/24. Credits that are not manually transferred by that date will be forfeited. Additionally, Mosaic members who earn Mosaic 4 status in 2025 based on 2024 spend will not be eligible for this perk.
