I just received this email from Bank of America offering 2 additional miles for Hotel and Car Rentals charged on my Alaska Airlines Visa Signature Credit card through the end of the year:
EARN 2 ADDITIONAL MILES FOR EVERY DOLLAR YOU SPEND ON QUALIFYING HOTEL AND CAR RENTAL PURCHASES
through December 31, 2015*Activate this bonus offer and earn 2 additional miles (up to 2,500 bonus miles) for every dollar you spend on qualifying hotels and car rentals when you use your Alaska Airlines Visa Signature® credit card. Your bonus offer begins from the day you activate through December 31, 2015, so don’t delay.*
I promptly activated the offer.
I believe it is a targeted offer, since I only received it on one of my two Alaska Airlines Visa credit cards.

I got this one one of my three Alaska cards. Its targeted and the activation link is unique. The confirmation page shows your last 4 digits of the card targeted .

I assumed that as well, since I only got it on one of my 2 AA cards.
