Only in New York. Literally! Travelers from far and wide go to the iconic Katz’s Delicatessen in New York City to experience the restaurant, especially the pastrami sandwich.

Never in my wildest pastrami dreams did I imagine a pop-up collab between Sweetgreen and Katz’s Delicatessen, but I’m pickled to say the moment has arrived. Or it will arrive very soon, but don’t blink or the salad of your dreams may be gone in a snap.

Let me introduce the LES Pastrami Salad featuring Katz’s Deli pastrami, Rye Breadcrumbs, Katz’s house-cured Pickle Spear, and Sweetgreen’s Thousand Island Dressing.
