FlightTrackPro is a great app developed by Mobiata for iPhone, iPad and iPod, and available on iTunes for $9.99.
FlightTrackPro gives real time information on flights, displays cool maps, and also syncs itineraries with Tripit. It is consistently described as a must-have app by frequent flyers.
Right now, FlightTrackPro is Starbucks’ “App Pick of the Week”. You can pick up cards at Starbucks’ with codes to download this app for free. There is only one “fail” in my book on this app’s performance. Yesterday, I looked up the status of Asiana Flight 214, and the app reported that the flight had “arrived.” Ohmigosh.
