I haven’t written much recently as  I’ve been busy working and traveling.  The traveling wasn’t even to run marathons (shocking, I know!). 

Two weeks ago, I hopped over to Ireland for a weekend to visit a friend in County Meath – I’d purchased the flight on Delta for under $400 during a little airfare war a few months ago. 

Last weekend, I spent with family at a lovely Hyatt hotel on Long Island to celebrate my father’s 85th birthday!  My dad was so happy.  The weekend was lovely (well, except for the drunken firemen, but that’s another story), and the Hyatt was wonderful, as always. 

I’ve noticed this item for a free subscription to the Wall Street Journal in a few places and thought I’d share the LINK.

I’ve been assured that its legitimate, but that it may take a while for the subscription to begin.
