Groupon – $5 for $10 Starbucks

It’s like a free cappuccino!

This is one of those deals that comes up from time to time, and – when it does – I grab it. Because, you see, I’m a Starbuck’s fan.  It’s always a limited time offer – so if you want to purchase it, don’t wait.

The email says that the “deal is invitation-only. Only those who’ve received a designated email are eligible to purchase it” but Won’t Run didn’t receive the email, and he still found the offer on his Groupon page when he logged in.  So, even if you didn’t receive an email, check Groupon.

Often these deals must be purchased right from a mobile app but this one isn’t – I see it by logging into Groupon right from my desktop.  Therefore, you can earn an extra few cents or points by going through a shopping portal.

Caffeine on!

Update:  I was not able to purchase through a shopping portal.  I also noticed that the last time Starbucks/Groupon ran this deal was one year ago.
