In December, I started off my two-week European trip with a three night visit to Dublin, Ireland. We stayed at the Hyatt Centric Liberties Dublin.
The hotel is centrally located and is modern, clean and attractive. It is a category 4 World of Hyatt hotel. We paid cash rather than points because we thought that the price at the time of our visit was reasonable.
Checking in was simple. At the front desk, we were welcomed and assigned our room. Throughout our stay, everyone was friendly and helpful. We were happy with our stay here and would gladly return.
This is the hotel lobby. The hotel restaurant and bar are also on this level.

We were upgraded to a suite (I believe it is the Cathedral View Suite), which was a very large L-shaped corner room, with wonderful floor-to-ceiling windows. In addition to a king sized bed, the room includes comfortable sitting area, a desk, and a small dining table.
As is the case with one-room suites, the arrangement is fine for an individual or a couple, but may not be ideal for a family or others who want the privacy of a separate room. It was perfect for us.
Since it was already dark when we arrived, you can see the initial photos below, followed by the daylight photos.

Here are some daytime photos! I love how the light lit up the room.
The bathroom is marble with both a walk-in shower and a bathtub. The toiletries are by the brand Prija.
The hotel fitness center is clean, spacious and well-equipped. My only suggestion is that I think it could use a few more mirrors, including a mirror so a guest can see who is entering the room while they are working out on the cardio machines.
This is the hotel bar area. It did get quite festive some evenings when people would continue their celebrations after attending holiday parties at the hotel.
This is the hotel restaurant where we had breakfast each morning.
The menu and the selections are fine. The food was fresh and the waitstaff was friendly and attentive. However, I don’t like traditional breakfasts, so I found the menu rather limiting and unexciting.
All in all, it was a very nice hotel and a good stay. I would recommend it.
