I tore a knee ligament 10 days ago so I instead of my usual activity I will go to the pool and gym. I have a personal commitment to do something active every single day and getting injured means I’ve had to find new activities to keep my promise to myself.

I have focused on doing more cross training. I live running but seem to have gotten into a cycle of injuries. To keep from more injuries and to prevent more time off being able to be active, I have started focusing on the cross training. I am trying to clean up my diet but find this one much harder!
