HyattPlace/AmexOffer – $50 Statement Credits Have Issued to my Accounts

As I wrote about recently, see Use Hyatt Place $150/$50 Amex Offer on Hyatt Gift Cards , I suggested that the purchase of a $150 Gift Card directly from a Hyatt Place Hotel (rather than online) would trigger the Spend-$150-Get-$50-Back Amex Offer which I had synced to three different American Express cards.

My preliminary experience was encouraging.  I went to one Hyatt Place and bought a $150 Gift Card, and got immediate notification from Amex – Thank you for using your American Express Card ending in XXXX at Hyatt Place XXXX.

I later bought  two more $150 gift cards at another Hyatt Place using my other two synced American Express Cards.  Those too triggered the lovely American Express Thank You email.

Today, I hit the trifecta.

I checked my three American Express accounts online, and all three showed $50 statement credits.
