LGA Terminal B, Children’s Play Area, Cool Interactive Flights, and Giveaway!

I recently wrote about the opening of the new United Club and Terminal B at New York LaGuardia Airport (see, LaGuardia Airport Redevelopment: The New United Club and Terminal B).

In closing, I said [o]ne of my favorite parts of the new Terminal B was the children’s play area …. I think the adults – especially those of us who love airports and travel – will be keenly interested in one attraction there – perhaps even more than the kiddies!

The children’s play area is right in the center of Terminal B. It is not very large, but it is impressive. Check out the planes, and the runway and even the flight tower! I wish I could have this in my home!

But wait, what is that pretty mural on the wall?

It’s an amazing interactive flight wall. You create your own plane and then watch it arrive, take off and fly around all of the New York City sites!

I think this interactive wall is a good reason to visit the new Terminal B at LGA even if you don’t have a flight arriving or leaving out of the terminal!
