It appears that other Macerich Malls have the same offer. I randomly selected two malls, Paradise Valley Mall in Arizona, and Arden Fair Mall in California. I added /CorpFeeFreePromo_2016 to the website and came to the same offer at each of these two malls.
To check if your local Macerich Mall has this offer, add /CorpFeeFreePromo_2016 to the website.
TARGETED?
There is one glitch: the offer may be targeted. The fine print says this: Must be a corporate client who received a promotional offer by email bearing its corporate name. Present promotional offer at the time of purchase. However, enforcement may vary by mall, and it may be worth a try.

Link does not work for Kansas City location (which is oddly listed under “Chicago”).
Just gives “location not available” when I add the /CorpFeeFreePromo_2016
I just looked around the Country Club Plaza Mall website, and I’m not even sure that they sell Visa Cards. All I could find was that they sell was this: https://countryclubplaza.com/gift-cards/
why don’t you call the phone number on the website – perhaps they do sell Visa Gift Cards, but it’s just not listed on the website.
