Overview and Disclosure:
I received a free Darbee Vision DVP 5000s digital video processor from DarbeeVision in exchange for writing an honest review on this blog. This review was conducted and written by Won’t Run, who is more tech-savvy than yours truly.
The DVP-5000S is designed to connect any device with an HDMI output to any display with an HDMI input to improve the picture quality.
Won’t Run’s Review of the DVP-5000S:
If you are a television picture enthusiast like me, settling for what a television set is only capable of doing is NOT an option. If you are a person who falls into the category of having the ultimate experience in enhancement and sharpness from your television screen, the DarbeeVision DVP 5000S might be the holy grail you are looking for.
The DVP 5000S is the latest model upgrade from DarbeeVision.com. It is visually much nicer looking than its 5000 predecessor. But the greatness of the product don’t stop just there. What’s inside the DVP 5000S that it is all about.
The unit comes with everything that you need in order to get it up and running. It only took me a couple of minutes to get the unit up and running with my Sony Bravia LCD television set. I saw that picture quality was significantly better when the DVP 5000S unit was attached.
My only constructive criticism (mostly minor) was that the unit didn’t have an on/off button. Other than that, I can only say good things about this device.
If you are thinking about buying a new display or player to enhance your video experience from an older HDTV set, you might consider checking out this device before make that move. The DVP 5000S just might be the enhancement device that you are looking for. It is an upgrade that will save you money and give you more of what you are looking at!
