1. Make sure you have installed the Zypsee app: On your smartphone click here to download our app. Or search for “Zypsee” on the iPhone App Store or Google Play.
2. Create your account through the app. Use invitation code 303-00-035.
3. Check your e-mail to confirm your registration.
Once you complete this process press “Ride Now” and you will receive up to a $10 discount on your first fare. You will also receive notices for discounted and free ride days — up to three a week.
All we ask in return is a little patience, persistence, and — if you can — feedback. During off-promotional times, our availability may vary as we ramp up service. Every day we add more drivers and expand to new neighborhoods. So, if no drivers are available one time, please try again the next time you need a ride.
