This is a follow up to Street Art (Part 1) – Playa Del Carmen, Mexico. I went out running again the following day – it was really hot so I didn’t go far but I enjoyed exploring the streets and seeing art and scenery that I would never have otherwise seen.
As promised, I took more photos of the street art and scenery that I saw along the way. I am sharing the pictures with you here.
Here’s some of the scenery along my run – including some traditional Mexican thatched homes known as palapas. Isn’t it amazing what you see when you step only a few blocks away from the tourist areas?
