Wingtips Lounge – JFK Airport

The Wingtips Lounge is located at Terminal 4 at JFK, just past security.  It serves many airlines and is also a Priority Pass Lounge.  I have been there a number of times before, when it was previously known as the Oasis Lounge.  On those prior visits, I was underwhelmed by the lounge, and disturbed by the NYC Department of Health’s poor rating.  This visit was different. The Wingtips Lounge was clean and organized, and the posted sign indicated a grade A health rating.  Both hot and cold breakfast items were offered.  I wouldn’t say it was delicious, but it was fine to stop in there to pass some time, use the free wi-fi, have a bite to eat and a beverage before or in between flights.  The lounge also has a business center.  It does not have shower facilities.
