1,000 Bonus American Miles For Each Hyatt Place/House Eligible Stay!

Recently, World of Hyatt has been fast and furious with introducing new promotions! I say keep it going Hyatt!

Now World of Hyatt members have the opportunity to earn 1,000 AAdvantage bonus miles for all eligible stays at Hyatt Place and Hyatt House hotels that are completed between February 20 and June 30, 2018.

Members must register for this promotion by April 30, 2018, and must be both a World of Hyatt member and an AAdvantage member in order to take advantage of the offer. (new members are eligible for the promotion as long as they register to be both a World of Hyatt and an AAdvantage member by the registration date).

Members can earn 1,000 AAdvantage bonus miles once per stay, but there is no limit to the number of stays during the promotion period.

Members now have multiple earning options for AAdvantage miles when paying an eligible rate during a qualifying stay at Hyatt Place and Hyatt House hotels for this promotion:

• If a World of Hyatt/AAdvantage member chooses miles as their earning preference at check-in, they will earn 500 AAdvantage miles, plus the additional 1,000 AAdvantage bonus miles.
• If a World of Hyatt/AAdvantage member does not specifically request miles as their earning preference at check-in, they will receive both World of Hyatt Base Points on eligible spend plus the 1,000 AAdvantage bonus miles.

An “eligible stay” is defined as any stay where a member is paying an Eligible Rate or redeems a free night award for at least one night of their stay.

Note: the bonus is per stay not per night.

This is a decent promotion especially if you have a ton of Hyatt House or Hyatt Place stays planned in the next few months. The terms and conditions do not state any limitations on the location of the Hyatt hotel, so I assume the promotion is for worldwide stays. Since the stays must be completed by June 30th, if your stay extends to July 1st or beyond, I would cut it into (at least) two reservations – one ending on June 30th.
