Citibank recently upped the minimum amount on deposit for Citigold clients to $200,000. In an effort to keep their Citigold clients from defecting, Citibank keeps rolling out new benefits.
Today, I received an email from Citibank extending an offer to me, as a Citigold customer, to a free CitiBike one-year membership. The offer further provides that if I already have a CitiBike membership, the offer can be used towards renewal, and that the offer ends June 13, 2016, or while memberships last. The fine print indicates that the quantity of memberships is limited to 1,700, and that the offer is non-transferable and non-refundable.
Finally, the email does not have a website link, but instead says to contact my personal Relationship Manager to start enjoying this Citigold benefit.

Good was gonna downgrade my account today..
Can you put a pdf of email so I can print and head to the branch?
I’m gold but didn’t get the email. (yet?)

call your local branch and ask for the relationship manager. Mine already wrote me back. Feel free to email me to discuss this further, but no, I’m not posting a pdf of the contact portion of my email.

I would never suggest sharing personal info online to anybody…
Anyway I went to the branch. The branch manager (there is no relationship manager at the branch) had no clue but was eager to find out since she is Citigold and she rides Citibike. She looked in the system, in drawers, online, couldn’t find anything and asked me to let her know also. Any more DPs would help

it’s part of the arsenal of “benefits” citibank is conjuring up to lure its Citigolds to stick around. Write me at willrunformiles@gmail.com if you have more questions.
