Fitness Center and Pool: Hyatt Regency Denver at the Colorado Convention Center

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Denver at the Colorado Convention Center (see, HOTEL REVIEW). I really love running outdoors in Denver and the weather was nice during my visit, so I did not have a chance work out at the hotel’s Stay Fit Fitness Center during this stay.

I love running outdoors in Denver

I visited the hotel fitness center and was impressed. It is large, well-designed and equipped with everything you could possibly want for a good workout. There are also plenty windows and mirrors and good air and light. Fitness equipment includes among other things treadmills, stair climbers, recumbent and stationary cycles, free weights and other equipment. The fitness center also has all of the amenities you expect from a Hyatt Stay Fit center, such as towels, water and headphones.

Weather permitting, you can also go outside to an outdoor sundeck and soak in an outdoor hot tub!
