Who ever said that there’s no such thing as a free lunch did not have the honor of visiting Delta pop-up terminal TX4 in Soho, NYC. Delta has outdone itself- not only in generosity but so in cordiality!
They gave free lunch to medallion members each day, and I returned daily when possible, not only for the “free lunch” but also because the .8 mile walk was a nice daily walk, and I hoped each day to be one of the daily lunch goers to find a free RT cert in my lunch box.
I never won the free ticket, but met some lovely Delta employees (real ticket agents and flight attendants worked at TX4) and I got many other goodies- including: 10% off coupons, free drink coupons, 2 tickets to a Yankee game, a leather Delta passport holder, a Delta luggage tag, and 2 t-shirts: an orange Knicks shirt, and a royal blue TX4 shirt!
