As I just reported this morning, this week various Macerich Malls are selling Visa Gift Cards to potentially targeted purchasers without fees through this Friday, November 4, 2016 (see LINK).
Now, thanks to Nancy (Here and There on Twitter), we’ve learned that there is a second fee-free promotion on Visa Gift Cards at Macerich Malls, and this one does not appear to be targeted.

So, whereas the other promotion I reported on this morning required a minimum purchase of $1,000 of Visa Cards, this promotion calls for a maximum of $500 per customer per day. See the above link for any further terms and conditions.
