We had a busy day ahead of us beginning with an early morning flight from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam to Tokyo, Japan (SGN to NRT). We took a taxi from the Park Hyatt to the airport (we had good experiences with Mai Linh – the green taxis – and recommend them).
It was early, and we didn’t have much time, but we stopped in at the Apricot Business Lounge to charge our phones and grab some snacks for later. We had entry to this business lounge because of my Platinum status with American Airlines. (We did not realize until we boarded the 787 plane that we had actually been upgraded to business class on the JAL flight to Narita!)
Maybe I was a bit punchy, but I couldn’t help but think of the Apricot scene in Curb Your Enthusiasm.
The Apricot Business Lounge was not fancy, but it was good. There was a nice variety of fresh hot and cold breakfast items (both Asian and Non-Asian selections) and an assortment of beverages. The atmosphere was understated, but pleasant, and there was wi-fi and a nice view of the airport.

I loved the Holiday Decoration!
