I recently stayed at the Andaz Wall Street (see, Hotel Review: Andaz Wall Street). The jogging map for the hotel is excellent. Since I live in NYC, I can say with confidence that the suggested routes are great – mainly along paved walking/running routes that circle lower Manhattan. They are very scenic and runner/walker friendly and safe (as long as you watch out for the bicycles sharing the path).
The map is actually good for anyone visiting as it gives a good sense of perspective on the location of the hotel to each of the areas of downtown. The instructions on the reverse side of the map are also good as long as you know which door you are exiting the hotel from. This map is just a bit larger than a playing card, and similar density, so it can fit in most pockets.
When I stayed at the hotel in February, I attempted to run outdoors but it was icy. Instead, I worked out at a New York Sports Club down the street from the Andaz.
