According to this Wall Street Journal Article, Amazon will be offering $10 gift cards for $5 on AmazonLocal.com tomorrow (Tuesday).
The idea is that the 5 bucks will draw new customers to AmazonLocal, which offers a product similar to Groupon and Living Social.
