To be eligible to earn the 7,500 Marriott Bonvoy points, you must enroll your Marriott Bonvoy Business^TM American Express Card in the offer by 4/7/19 and use it to spend at least $5,000 in eligible purchases in a calendar month (“Spend Requirement”) during the Offer Period. The Offer Period is the period of time between the date on which you enrolled and 10/7/19. The maximum number points you can earn in association with this offer is 7,500 points per month or 45,000 points in aggregate over the entire length of the Offer Period.

To count purchases for this offer, we use the date of the purchase. The date of purchase may differ from the date you made the transaction if there is a delay in merchants submitting transactions to American Express or if the purchase date provided by the merchant differs from the date you made the transaction. (For example, if you buy goods online, the purchase date may be the date the goods are shipped). The purchase date may also differ from the date the charge posts to your account. For example, if you make a purchase on January 31, it might not post to your account until February 1. If this happens, the purchase still counts towards your January Spend Requirement. In rare instances, a purchase may not post to your account for several billing periods. For example, extreme weather or other business disruptions may delay a merchant in submitting transactions to us. If a purchase posts to your account more than four billing periods after the purchase date, we count it for the billing period in which it posts, and not the purchase date. Eligible purchases on all Cards under a particular Card Account (including the Basic Card as well as any Additional or Employee Cards) are combined for the purpose of calculating the amount of spending that counts towards the Spend Requirement. Points will be credited to your loyalty member account 8-12 weeks after you meet the Spend Requirement during the Offer Period. Limit one offer per Card Account. This offer may not be combined with any other special offer.

Eligible purchases do NOT include fees or interest charges, balance transfers, cash advances, purchases of traveler’s checks, purchases or reloading of prepaid cards, purchases of gift cards, person-to-person payments, or purchases of any cash equivalents. Eligible purchases to meet the purchase requirement are for goods and services minus returns and other credits.

To receive the points, your Card Account must not be cancelled or past due at the time of fulfillment. American Express reserves the right to modify or revoke offer at any time. The points you may earn during the Purchase Period as part of this offer are in addition to any other points you may earn from using your Card.
