The Dublin Intercontinental Hotel has a fitness center, a spa and an indoor pool. The entrance to all areas begins at this desk.

The fitness center is clean and spacious, with plenty of air and light. It is filled with state-of-the-art equipment and machines.

I did not go into the spa treatment rooms, but I did walk by the spa relaxation room – it’s gorgeous!

The hotel has a beautiful indoor pool and jacuzzi. This room also opens onto an outdoor area that is quite serene and zen.

There are ladies’ and men’s locker rooms complete with lockers, showers and restrooms as well as a steam room and sauna.

I loved the Dublin Intercontinental hotel – the fitness center and spa were of the same high caliber as the hotel.

As a runner, since the weather was nice when I visited Dublin, I opted to take my workout outdoors and ran near the hotel along the beautiful tree-lined streets filled with mansions and embassies (see link above).
