I love wearable art. I love wearable art that is not only artistic, but also has a message.
Enter ZOX wrist bands. Simple stretchy bracelets. Two sides. One is a design, the other is the name given to that design. Both sides are often artistic.
You may have noticed that I wear a lot of these on my arm. I own a lot of ZOX. A lot. I love them. Sometimes I choose which ZOX I’m wearing based on the name and meaning of the band, such as Stay Classy, Pursuit of Happiness, Bold or Do What You Love. Other times I just choose by the artist’s design.

ZOX is the creation of three young brothers in California. Pretty amazing the business they’ve put together. Oh, they have this pretty cool chihuahua named Kirby. He shows up in a lot of designs.
There are only 1000 copies made of each design, so there is a lot of collecting, selling and trading of the bands. Each Thursday two new bands are released (or “dropped” in ZOX language) and there is an initial rush to purchase, as the stitching of the word Zox on the first 100 is gold rather than silver.
It’s quite addicting, as the price is so reasonable. Most bands are $8. “Doubles” are $10. And they release, I mean drop, a few Mystery Packs each week – $20 for 3 bands. (They also do custom designs – my first ZOX was from the Louisiana Marathon).
There is a point bonus program. If the purchase is $8, you receive 80 points. 80 points is 80 cents, which you can apply to your next sale. In other words, you receive a 10% bonus on each sale.

I love fabric art and have many pieces on my walls, but Zox is new to me. I really like how the website offers the video look at each band. I loved Valor but don’t wear headbands 🙁 . Next best was Lilies. I’ve always been a Monet fan. Thanks for introducing us to this company – the bands are a great way to take along some pretty “jewelry” on my trip to South Africa!
