Are you a musical talent waiting to be discovered? If so – read this. Aloft Hotels, part of the Starwood Hotel family, has a contest on Facebook for aspiring unsigned musicians called Play and Stay, Project Aloft Star.

the dates and details are spelled out in greater detail on the facebook page. Unfortunately, only bands based in Europe, Africa & Middle East territories are eligible.
Phase 1:
Email a link to your band’s demo and if it makes the cut you’ll be invited to play a gig at Aloft Hotels in London, Brussels or Abu Dhabi.
Phase 2:
We Are Scientists will watch the highlights from the gigs on this page and choose one band to join them at the Aloft Sessions in London. They’ll help that band write and record a track in just 12 hours in our pop-up studio. It will be streamed live and direct for the world to see on Facebook.
This all culminates in the main event – the winning band will play their new track live at The Aloft Hotel, London.
