This is very frustrating. I’ve been trying to set up a Reloadit Safe for 4 days without success (Reloadit Safe is a method of loading funds onto certain reloadable prepaid cards).
The set-up process sounds easy enough: First, go to the Reloadit website, input your email address and set up a password. Second, Reloadit sends you an email to the email address you provided. Third, once you receive that email, you can proceed to set up the Reloadit Safe.
I went to the Reloadit website, input my email, and waited for the email to arrive on my side so I could set up my Reloadit Safe. And I waited some more. Nothing happened. I tried numerous email addresses, from numerous devices and browsers, but never received a single email from Reloadit to verify my request and start the set-up process. I called a few times, but mainly encountered illiterate and/or belligerent agents. One agent on Saturday did say that the system was down for a few hours for system update, and told me that everything would be fine in a few hours.
Three days have passed. I am out of devices and email addresses.
I got so tired of these calls going nowhere that today I asked to speak to a supervisor. After a few HUCAs, finally, I was connected to Jonathon who said he was a supervisor.
He apologized and informed me that the system has been down for an upgrade since Friday and he did not know when it would be back up.
Down since Friday, and no idea when website will be back up? Really?
I said – that doesn’t sound like a system upgrade, aren’t you really saying the system crashed?
He didn’t say anything, but I am guessing that he was nodding his head on the other side of the call.
I note that the website appears to be up and functioning, so it is possible that only certain aspects of the system are currently not functioning. Whether is is only the Save set-up process that is broken or more, I am not sure. Is it working for you?
Jonathan did offer one consolation. He said I could call back with my Reloadit card and my T-Mobile account information, and that an agent could manually upload the funds, which would take 1-3 business days to transfer. (Interesting – so they can still manually upload funds, even though, when they introduced the Reloadit Safe, they announced this was no longer possible).
Dan the Man says
I got this when I tried to use bogus info:
“Thank you for your interest in T-Mobile. We are not able to process your enrollment. T-Mobile values your business and interest in our product, and we are sorry that we cannot meet your needs at this time.
If you have any question please call Customer Service at 1 (866) 306-9636.”

Working fine for me, added a new card to my existing safe this morning, then loaded it to Serve. No issues.
