You can’t imagine my how my jaw dropped when I saw that I was assigned to the presidential suite at the Hyatt Regency Sukhumvit Bangkok! Here’s a video walkthrough I created.

The suite is huge – over 2,000 square feet – and is beautifully decorated. There is even a Life Fitness Treadmill in the suite!! When I made the video I hadn’t yet discovered that the suite also has an incredible wraparound balcony!
I kept saying “pinch me – is this real?” Our stay was phenomenal on every level. (my posts this month are briefer than usual as I’m currently traveling).
Big…clean….boring. That is the theme of the Hyatt mainline brand.Just..boring!
@SMR – Check out the Hyatt Regency Bali or the Grand Hyatt Bali and you may feel differently.
Agreed! Had a wonderful time at Both locations in January/Feb.
Try GH Abu Dhabi/Dubai at both locations.
I love the Hyatt properties in Bali! And most are very economically priced. My motto is “affordable luxury” and Bali certainly fits the bill!
I couldn’t disagree more! I loved the HR Bangkok.
@Christian…Agree there are some BEAUTIFUL properties.. IN GENERAL… Hyatt has become an extremely boring brand. Nothing special about any Hyatt here in the US..all the rooms are just boring.
