Virgin America is running a limited-time promotion. If you pay for a flight with Visa Checkout, you will receive 1,000 bonus Elevate points. Here it the LINK.
To be eligible to receive this bonus, you must book by July 31 and fly by September 30, 2016. Here are the basics:
- Purchase a flight on virginamerica.com using Visa Checkout by July 31, 2016
- Add your Elevate account number to the reservation
- Take your Virgin America flight by September 30, 2016
- Look for 1,000 points in your Elevate account within 2 weeks
I am not wowed by this promotion. If I was already planning to book a Virgin America flight within these dates, I might go ahead and use Visa Checkout. But I wouldn’t change my plans for this promotion.
Virgin America is also on various cash-back portals (it looks like TopCashBack pays the most – at $5.50 for a flight booking). The question then is can you get TCB ($5.50) AND Visa Checkout credit (1,000 points), or are they mutually exclusive?
If you don’t have a TopCashBack Account you are welcome to use my referral link.
Terms and Conditions of offer:
