Years ago, on a trip to Mexico, I forgot to pack a small wash cloth for my face cleaning regimen & all the hotels had only the larger hand towels & bath towels. So I went on a wild goose chase to try to find a store that carried the small towel I needed. Finally found one, but … at times simple things get complex!

Forgot to bring an adaptor set on an international trip one time… BAD! Especially when we are all so connected these days and rely on our phones for everything.
I’ve also forgotten to bring my Bose QC20i… Doesn’t seem silly but they really do come in HUGE when you need to block out a crying baby on the plane.

Hi I want information about visa of Canada, USA that I need

I’m not sure what you are asking. Can you be more specific?

Panties! Totally true! And I am a very organized and methodical packer who not only remembers everything but brings extra stuff for unexpected contingencies.
But when I went to dress that first morning, the sad truth was clear. I’d forgotten to pack underwear. I never thought I’d find myself in WM buying that particular item, but it was the only store around in the very rural part of the US where I found myself…. panty-less!
Tip: Stick to the Money Center in WM. You may not always like Kate but WM’s line of panties leaves much to be desired!

OMG- thats hysterical

Underwear. Seriously! Still can’t believe I did that lol

Once went on a two week trip to Europe and forgot to pack a single pair of socks- it was in the winter time :/

Left my phone that was then being charged at home

welcome back girl!! I can’t wait to read all about your trip! The dumbest thing I have ever forgotten is actually something that I rarely use – floss. I admit I’m not great with daily flossing so I never bring it on trips. But I definitely regretted it after getting a piece is steak caught in between my back teeth on a United flight. Yeah, that was annoying.

Forgot underwear on a business trip. Then ripped the ass outta my pants on day 1. Not pretty. Used a stapler to secure pants. Ugh.
Will Run For Miles says
Yowza.

Went on a dive trip, got to airport and discovered my (new) husband had left the dive bag at home. Still married!

Toothpaste and eyeliner…. pretty mundane.
But one time, on a business trip to Wisconsin in winter, I brought only one pair of dress pants and one skirt, and on the first full day of the trip the zipper broke on the pants–and I froze in sub-zero temperatures in that skirt. I’ve been overcompensating ever since, in packing more than I need. Am just getting back to being able to pack light.

I have forgotten to bring the correct (non-expired) passport on the way to the airport! Had to turn back home to get it, and then realized that I had left my phone in the cab on the way back to the airport.
Then the flight got cancelled.
Will Run For Miles says
Oh Mac, thats the worst!

Somebody beat me to underwear.

Forgot my hose (big socks) to wear with my kilt to a conference banquet. This was in San Antonio TX, so I wasn’t sure of finding a replacement. I ended up in Macy’s buying a pair of white ladies jeggings, then cutting them off just above the knee back in my hotel room with my sgian dubh so I could roll them down. Fortunately I was wearing boots so no-one could notuce my footless ‘socks’.
I’m not sure what the sales assistant was thinking, but all credit to her, she kept a straight face.
