Boston chronicles the story of the iconic race from its humble 15-runner origins to the present day. In addition to highlighting the event as the oldest annually contested marathon in the world, the film showcases many of the most important moments in the race’s century-plus history, including the tragic events of 2013 and the preparations for – and eventual running of – the 118th Boston Marathon one year later, when runners and community gathered together once more for what would be the most meaningful race of all.
I just felt chills and excitement and shivers watching the Trailer –
As a runner and a marathoner, I am tremendously excited to see this film.
