I stayed at the Hyatt House in Scottsdale/Old Town, Arizona last week. The Fitness Center is right in the main building. It is not large, but nor is it small, and it does not feel cramped. There are three treadmills, two stairmasters and one recumbent bicycle as well as free weights. The room is clean, and the air is fresh. It is sufficiently lit. Only one wall has mirrors. The room would look much larger if a second wall was also mirrored.
I ran a few miles on one of the treadmills. It was in excellent working condition. Here are some photos.
The hotel also has a very attractive outdoor pool. It was very popular, and looked great.
Finally, if you’re a golfer, there are many golf courses nearby. You can look at the Hyatt Golf page and even book Golf Package Trips.
