Wow! This is great! Talk about careful attention to details – I wrote to concierge at Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur about an upcoming stay. In the email I wrote this:
I believe my reservation requested “feather free” – but I do not need fancy treatment. All I request is that the pillows are feather free. The rest is fine.
In return, I received a PDF of a PILLOW MENU, offering me my choice of 8 different pillows described in great detail!!! (sorry if the print showed up a little light here).
Wow! Talk about service! I have no doubt that some of you will yawn and comment about how this is commonplace at luxury hotels, but for me this is a first!
