The Hyatt House Charlotte Airport might just be the nicest category 1 Hyatt hotel we’ve stayed at. It felt so much more like a full service hotel – it was modern and bright – and did I mention we were upgraded to a 2-bedroom suite?.
The Fitness Center at the Hyatt Place Charlotte/Arrowood was clean and nice but I would have liked to see some more equipment there.
Help – I’ve been PLACIFIED – the syndrome one suffers after staying at one too many identical Hyatt Places in a row!

The pool is an oasis, but the posted rules are quite odd. For example: “Two or more adults, 18 years of age or older, must be present at the pool when the bathing facility is in use, with at least one adult on the pool deck”
